What Is TELUS PharmaConnect™?
TELUS PharmaConnect™ is a mobile and web application developed by TELUS Health, designed to streamline how patients manage their prescriptions and interact with their pharmacy. It integrates seamlessly with our pharmacy management system to provide a smoother, more convenient experience for both patients and pharmacy teams.
* Patients must either already be registered with the pharmacy or complete registration first.
* Once registered, you will receive a leaflet with instructions for linking your account to the pharmacy, either by scanning a QR code or using your personal leaflet code.

- Prescription Management: Patients can view their medication profiles, request refills, track status, and confirm pickup times.
- Photo Upload: New prescriptions can be submitted directly via the app by uploading a photo.
- Notifications: Receive alerts when a prescription is ready to be picked up.
- Multi-Profile Support: Manage prescriptions for dependents—including children—and even pets, all under one account.
- Convenient App Access: Available for free on iOS and Android—users simply ask their pharmacy for a registration code to link their account.
